Availability & Shipping Time
Our product line consists of both original PebbleArt designs manufactured
in the United States by our team of artists, and imported artistic pieces
which are brought in from exotic locations around the world.
Inventory items which are kept in stock will ship in 3-5 business days
or less.
Custom, hand crafted items will ship in 1-3 weeks

PLEASE NOTE: If you need your item by or before a specific date, please
contact us to let us know. In most cases we can prioritize the manufacture
and shipping of items to get it there by the date you need.
Shipping Methods and Policies
Freight
Larger items or orders will be shipped via common carrier trucking company
at the best rate available. If your order is to be shipped via third
party delivery service, you will be contacted on the day that it is picked
up from our warehouse with company information, tracking, and contact
details.
PLEASE NOTE: If there is any damage which is visible to the package when
receiving it please note this on the receipt. If the damage appears extensive
it is your responsibility to refuse delivery.
Noting damage on the package allows us to get you replacement parts or
pieces in the quickest way possible, and or allows us to offer you the
most complete refund.
Standard Shipping
Our preferred method of shipping is ups. Your shipping cost is calculated by our shopping cart program, e-mart cart, on the screen after you click the "add to cart" button but before you make any payments. There are several methods of shipping via ups that you can choose from on this screen, with various prices which will be calculated for you before you make any payments.
PO Boxes
Unfortunately, due to UPS policies, and the high threat of fraud, we cannot ship to a PO box at this time. If you enter a PO box as your address, we will ship via ups to that PO box, but UPS by policy will only deliver it to the service center that is closest to the address given, and the customer will then have to pick it up from there themselves. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally. Simply
choose international shipping on the checkout page, and enter your information
into the server at the time you check out.

We have found that the price charged by UPS for shipping to Canada is
EXTREMELY high compared with that charged by USPS. If you are a canadian
customer, please contact us in order to receive a quote for the best price
for shipping to your location.
